Two pieces of lamb gullet twisted together. Each piece is approximately 7"-8" long, but the size will vary. This chew is less dense and smaller in diameter compared to a bully stick.
A bull pizzle is split lengthwise, and these strips are braided together to create a braided bully stick. There is a tough strip of beef intestine wrapped around the end of the braid which helps keep its shape.
